Meal prep doesn’t have to be a chore. My service is designed to bring structure, ease, and flavour back into your kitchen helping you enjoy fresh, nutritious meals without the daily stress of cooking. I’ll take care of the planning, prepping, and execution of customized meals using ingredients you have on hand or ingredients you would like to supply. This service can be arranged to be performed while I am at your place for the organization service ( it is a separate cost) or if you would like me to bring the meals with me, or prepare them on a different day, that can be arranged as well.
